January in Pictures

A picture is worth a thousand words, right?
Here are some of the highlights of January in pictures.

Attended some fun City functions

Snow sculpture at Winterfest
Ice sculpture at Winterfest

Having a blast on our free carriage ride
Free skate rentals at the ledge!

Went on circuit to Inuvik, Paulatuk, and Ulukhaktok.

Really crappy picture of the arctic ocean.
The glass was all foggy from my
face being pressed up against it.
Plane of choice this circuit: Twin Otter
Longest Ride: 3 hours

Stuffed Grolar Bear (Grizzly/Polar mix. Yeah, that exists.)
Pic I took outside of where we held court in Ulukhaktok
15 minute sunset/sunrise in Paulatuk.

Well, that's about it for this month. All in all, a pretty quite month and just trying to get back into the swing of things after holidays.
February has begun and it is looking like it will be an awesome month! Birthdays, Valentines Day, and a long weekend! Woo hoo!
